We've decided to treat the kids like lawn gnomes and put them in front of anything interesting we go see.

So here they are - in front of the Caserta Palace.  This was our first big adventure - leaving the base and looking for something touristy to do.  We found the place ok, but got sooooooooo lost on the way home we immediately started shopping for a GPS unit for the car.

This is what I get for selecting pictures months before building the web pages.  If I had a plan back in September for these, I've forgotten it by now.  Cute yogurt baby, though.  Maybe we should've taken him to the salon when we took Madam.

Messy baby-food baby pics!

Uh oh - are you gonna get cranky now?

Ahh - there's my sweet boy.  Covered with green beans, but sweet nonetheless.

Madam breakfasts on our brand new balcony.  Yes - it was a huge pain in the butt to move all our stuff to a different hotel room...

But it gave us 100sq feet of extra space.  And a place for grown ups to go after the kids went to bed at eight.  Which made a nice change from hiding in the bathroom.

We came to the aquarium to see fish!

And we totally lucked into seeing horses, too! Woo hoo!

The most gorgeous kiddos in the world, and the bay of Naples.  That's the old castle in the background.
